Meet Emma: Our Innovation Unicorn!

Introducing Emma Cole (she/her), our innovator!

Emma is well known her dedication to fostering creativity and innovation for everyone. Her career, spanning over two decades in various large corporate organisations, has been highlighted by her work in technology and innovation. This experience sparked her interest in applying innovative solutions to sectors that genuinely need them, striving not just for personal achievement but also for that of the community.

Emma’s educational and professional journey is both varied and inspiring. She holds a degree in economics and has primarily worked in IT-focused commercial roles. Throughout her career, Emma has shown a unique ability to understand and facilitate innovation, acting as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Originally from the UK, Emma has been a proud resident of Adelaide since 2010, embracing the local community as her own.

At Strawberry Sauce, Emma is particularly excited about helping people grow through innovation. She recognises that not everyone has equal access to the benefits of emerging technologies like GenAI, and she is committed to supporting those who might otherwise be left behind.

“I am really passionate about guiding people to embrace new technologies and innovative ways of working. Specifically, my focus is on ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to discover and engage with emerging technologies, like GenAI”

Beyond her professional pursuits, Emma is a devoted pet parent to a rescue dog named Rocky and enjoys spending her weekends playing golf. Her interests also include running, hiking and sewing.
